While our products and/or experiences are already known to provide more natural as well as the healthier, happier, safer ways of exploring life, creativity, and beyond, we put this here as a reminder. This reminder is about us outgrowing ourselves safely together hand in hand. We have trust in you to spread the love just as much as you trust us in spreading the love to you via any lovely experiences you have with us. Do check your allergies and/or skin suitability if any of the natural minerals, pigments, and/or relevant materials are being touched, smelled, or sensed in any ways by the human body. Understand and check whether it is safe to do so while taking care of ourselves matter a lot.

While our experiences and/or anything sold and/or given out are themed under 'Connecting nature, neuro, and arts of Souls', we use this to spark the action and creativity within us. For nature-relevant things, we could explain about what eco-friendlier steps we have taken and which part of nature inspired us. It does not mean to be perfect, but it means to put a few steps forward in our own unique ways that is creating a world we love one pace at a time. Meanwhile, the 'neuro' part is directly related to biomedical engineering's non-invasive brain-computer interface. However, it is not a direct medical interfere if you have not been under our other projects under medical and/or biomedical engineering and/or neuroscience departments. It would be considered a way to understand and value neuroplasticity, brain activities, and/or how our EEG brain signals can be alternated when we are connected to nature and/or creative activities such as but not limited to arts for typically developed human life forms. We love to dive deeper as we partner up with different researchers and/or relevant entities for the explorations, experimentations, and beyond as science is full of the mysteries that are interesting. Meanwhile, unknown within the mysteries bring both risks and new opportunities. Therefore, we urge anybody to control and/or minimise the risks with us if you have any new discoveries that we have not known yet. Feel free to contact us or share with relevant entities that could provide immediate help. We would love to see more scientific research dedicated to our theme growing and flourishing, as well as DeSci (decentralised scientific research) in the future. As for arts, the value is subjective to be defined and/or marked with any tradable values. We have arts of different price range to provide for different individuals as an inspiration from nature of 'Cycles' in ecosystem and 'providing to all' with much forgiveness in our own ways while providing new solutions as well as the stories that create natural value changes. If any of our arts touch your Soul, please welcome us with an open heart and feel it with much love and the other emotions. Thank you for all that you have done to make it this far as a human. Let's heal and evolve from this point.

Returns & Refunds policy

Due to our delicate amount of supply and dedicated time + energy into the creations and preparation, canceling any order have no refund with any reason unless updated here by us. Therefore, we kindly request anyone to think twice before ordering and/or making any purchases.

Feel free to let us know on any further improvements or the other ways that could make us understand more of what you love/want/need. If there is any unsatisfaction, please show us while making the purchase physically in our experience so that we can assist you immediately with much love and respect.

Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
